I cant link my bank account in indian paypal it says - "sorry your request cant be processed ,try again later" . The first time it was linked but when it came to enter the amt. for verification i entered the wrong amount by mistake ,then immediately my account was removed .Now i am trying to relink that account but i cant ... Please Help !!!
