I purchased my card on November 20th and it has not been delivered yet. It has been over 36 hours, not "minutes." I was told by the Walmart representative that E-Gift cards purchased with Paypal are now taking up to four to five days to process. So unless you fell like giving Walmart an interest free five day loan this holiday season, I suggest you don't purchase a gift card with your Paypal account.
Even though Walmart states on walmart.com that e-gift cards "usually arrive in minutes," I was just told by a Walmart customer service operator that the policy has been changed, and now the process can take up to five days.
