I recently cancelled an order through Overstock.com, I paid for the item through my Paypal balance. No credit/debit card or bank account was used. It came straight out of my balance. Overstock said I would be issued a refund and it is not showing up on my Paypal balance. I've spoken to them and the refund has been issued, so where is it now?
