Wells Fargo Debit?

Wells Fargo pretty much issues Debit cards, because they also are a safe "credit card" because you don't carry anegative balance, Why am I unable to use my card with Paypal, this is common I think, or maybe I am missing a setting?

I have never had an issue with this, as long as the debit card has a visa or mc logo and it is not just an ATM card you should be fine.

Do you have a bank linked  to your PAYPAL account?

and what is that bank?
