What do I do if I don't have Card Security Code(csc) on the back of my Visa card?

Hello paypal community,

so as you can see from the topic I've been trying to add my Visa credit card to PayPal but I can't since it doesn't have the csc code on its back.
What am I supposed to do?
If I call the bank will they be able to provide me with a card security code(csc)?

I would recommend reaching out to your bank directly to see if they can provide you with that card security code. If not, then you wouldn't be able to link that card to your account. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Then why on the page to add the card when you highlight the CSC code box a message pops up saying "If your card has a CSC code, type it here"? With that pop-up anyone would asume that you don't need a CSC code to add the card
