I recently got payment for a digital art commission, and they paid me through 'Pay for Goods and Services' and put No Address Needed as I heard it should be done so that paypal doesn't assume it is a physical package that I need to ship out. When I got the transaction on my account, I went to update the tracking info/order status and put Service Rendered and Not Applicable for the other fields. The buyer later confirmed that they received the item on their transaction page.
My question is... after all of this, at the bottom of the Transaction Details page, it still says Order Status: In Process (Mar 10, 2015). What does that mean? Does it have to do with the fact that the payment to me is pending, since I'm a new seller on paypal?
