What is an identity token?

I am using CoffeeCup Form Builder.  When I try to put in the info about PayPal for payment, it wants an identity token.  Where do I get/create this?

You should speak to a product support specialist.  Log in to your Paypal account and click contact us...the number will shop up for you to call....if you don't have a PayPal account click Contact at the bottom of the log in page and follow instructions to reach the customer service number.

Hi there. Been searching for this answer awhile myself. Since I just found it (again) thought I'd post a how-to here. Then maybe i can find it again too!

I converted my account to a business account now it looks much more like the PP I knew. 

Top Left profile icon: Profile & Settings/

Left side menu: My Selling Tools/

Website Preferences/Bring customers back to my website after they pay with PayPal/ Update (yes, really)

Scroll down to turn ON the Payment Data Transfer

the Identity Token will show beneath
