I'm getting great feedbacks (from those that bother to leave any) and now wondering about paypal's "tenure" policy for earning immediate access to my funds. They say you have to earn trust but they give no specifics on what they base their decision--no criteria. Is it based on feedback numbers? I've searched the site and can't find anything on their tenure policy. Anyone know where that is or if it exists?
