Everytime I try to add my Bank Account information so I can transfer money, all I ever get is a message saying: "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." I think I have tried this account on a different paypal that I had a long time ago, but I deleted it off of my account. Any help would be very much appreciated. 🙂
