Xpectation card

Hi I'm new to paypal and wanted to add my Xpectation card to my account but it keeps saying "this card is not accepted please try a different card". Does Xpectation Debit card/prepaid work on paypal?

Is it a MasterCard or Visa?  What bank issued it?

If PayPal won't accept it you'll need to us a credit card from a real bank, not a virtual bank.
