Hi my email was recently hacked, then a week later I have a charge on a bank account I don't use for paypal, and there is a credit card now on file that doesn't belong to me, it shows registered to an old address of mine and it won't let me delete it because there is a transfer in process. But paypal shows that I don't have any transfers in process or activity in process, has someone put a credit card on my account and linked it to my bank?
Unfortunately no one here would be able to answer your question, you bank should be able to look into your account activity and take the appropriate action.
