im trying to use my paypal credit on walmart and it wont allow me to make payment. it just says cant process payment right now. it doesnt actually deny the transaction. there is nothing in my resolution folder nor are there any alerts .i tried sending money to my grandson and that wont process either .. thaniks in advance for the help
