no bank/credit card.

hi all,

i want to make small payment not more than 50$ and unfortunaley i do not have bank account or credit card. i do not intend to withdraw any money. so what i do i as friend to send 10$-50$ to my paypal and then i spend it online. no withdrawal or no direct sumbission of money in cash in my paypal. what i want to ask is do i really need a bank/credit card beacause of the continuous email paypal send me? what do i do with those emails? when will my paypal be blocked? is it okay to continue like that or will ever my money although very small be stuck in my account?
