I ordered a product which was never delivered because fed ex said it was damaged.  that was fine but the rate exchange   I will cancel.  Did anyone else have this problem?was charged to me.  I tried to make someone understand but  I was sent here there and everywhere.  I gave up trying and paid the bill.  So what good is paypal?

You can dispute for an  item not received within 45 days of the purchase date

Was this transaction less than 45 days ago?

Have you disputed the transaction for a refund?

If not click "resolution centre" in your account

"report a problem click "dispute a transaction"

Select item and continue find transaction ID and follow instructions

If it was over 45 days ago ppal wont help but if you paid by ccard you can ask your card issuer/bank if they can help you chargeback
