I won an item on eBay and every time I try to pay for it I get the message "This recipient does not accept payments from non-US PayPal accounts." My account is from a US bank and I live in the USA??
Please help. VERY frustrating.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
