paypal payment will not work with autozone

I tried to use paypal lastnight and after I get to the paypal login and hit make payment i get-  This transaction cannot be processed. Please verify entered billing/shipping information to before continuing. I use paypal many time during the week with ebay no problem. Also Last week used paypal with Advanced auto to buy front brakes with paypal no problem. I had to because autozone will not go through.

Using windows 7 ultimate

Firefox 27.1

Tried deleting cookies

tried Internet Explorer  same results

Is there anything that can be done to fix this I would rather buy from autozone using my paypal account.

I'm still having problems ordering online with paypal. Order will go all the way through to paypal login and then to the autozone page complete order and it brings me back to an autozone page to start the process all over again. I called paypal and there is nothing wrong on there end its autozone. I called last week customer care and was never contacted back. So i guess I take my business to Advanced or Pepboys local. Their on line paypal works no problem as I had to buy rotors and brake pads for my ram pickup.

Hope this is not goodbuy to autozone you gotta get this fixed.

Also tried this on my work computer on a different domain and still the same problem.

Contacted autozone and they never get back to me.

Unfortunately there's not much that can be done though the community forum to resolve issues such as this.  If you have tried different web browsers and even another computer and get the same results with a particular web site, there's a good chance the issue is with the site,

I feel the same that it is with AZ and they will not help in fixing this problem, oh well time to switch to other auto suppliers that will work with paypal.

I also tried to purchase from AutoZone online and also tried to use PayPal at the store. It didn't work either online or at the store and none of the employees had any idea about using PayPal.  Kept getting kept getting some paypal_payment function error. I used the latest Firefox, and the much unfortunate use of Internet Exploder received the same errors on both

Hey everyone so I called PayPal after my payment method in store would not work and it turns out the systems are down only for autozone. The lady kindly helped me out by saying it will take up to 3-4 weeks to fix this issue but I had to pay with my debit card in the end and was not happy. Anyways hope this answers your question everyone.
