I got the paypal verified and the "I'm Paypal verfied" link on my nonprofit website but when you click the image, it redirects to the log in page of pay pal whgich is not helpful for peope who want more information about verification. Does anyone have a solution?
It's doing the same thing to me! I keep trying to transfer money from my paypal to my bank account and it's made me do the text verification about 4 times now. I think there's a glitch with paypay somewhere...
Hi, did you find a solution as this is happening to me now too. It worked in the past but recently redirects to self help page, not reassuring for customers at all!
