problem with receive money

 so this is my problem: I work some ptc site who pay via paypal(,payments are processed automatically via Mass Pay feature) and I many times receive money instantly from this site to my paypal account, but before 2 days when I ask cashout from grandbux , my money did not arrive into my paypal account.. so admin bring me back money on grandbux account and try again to cashout to my paypal account and did not work again...so they again back my money on site account and says that maybe I have some issue with my paypal account... so pls I beg you help me to resolve this problems ,,, right now I try to cashout from neobux (also use instant payments to members ) but did not receive from them my money too ... what is wrong with my paypal account? pls help :((

At one time I owned one of the largest PTC sites on the web so with that said if the money is not making it into your account it is simply because it is not being sent.  Returning money to user accounts after a mass pay fail shouldn't happen as the payments through mass pay do not fail unless the payment account email is not linked to your paypal account.

I have never seen this before, can I ask what country you have  your account registered under?

I can only guess whichever country it is did not want to renew their agreement with the patriot act therefor they got removed from the countries they operate in.  Either that or PP lost their money transmitter license in your country.....

Im from bosnia and herzegovina..Is there some news about agreement for my country that I dont know? . I think that I dont have any viruses because I got antivirus programe...

Uber weird bro, your account is registered in Bosnia and Bosnia is still on the approved list.  Found this site that shows where PayPal is currently down at and while extremely faint it does look like some of Bosnia may be down:

Anywhere yellow is having problems.  You may have to call PP directly to ask them about your issue.  Either they are down or something fell apart with their relationship to your country.

 

These three currency's are on the do not convert list but that doesn't mean the list isn't old:
