1099k and Mass Payments

Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows for sure about receiving a 1099k from Paypal from Mass Payments from companies who issue their own 1099k's? Stubhub and Vivid Seats both issue their own 1099k's but my Paypal rep is telling me mass payments like that do count toward the threshold. I spoke to others with over a million in sales and 5k transactions last year and they have never received any 1099k from Paypal. I also reached out to Stubhub and they do not believe Paypal should be sending a 1099k for those transactions. It makes no sense because they would both be sending 1099k's for the same transactions. Someone, please help clarify this. I'm beginning to believe the rep is wrong because he just emailed me that you need 200k gross sales and 20k transactions for Paypal to issue a 1099k but I know that to be false.

Paypal rep is getting from worse to worst.

it is 200 transactions (goods and services) AND $20,000

As for your other questions,I dont know enough to tell you/

Thanks. I know that is the rule, not sure how he came up with the later. Funny because he attached a Paypal link that contradicted him. Anyhow, I'm more concerned about my other questions. They are "mass payments" from companies who file their own 1099k's.

what kind of company is Stubhub and Vivid Seats?

do you actually work for them or they are the middleman for some outfit you do work for?

when Stubhub and Vivid Seats sent your payment via Paypal,do they use friends and family or good and services?

if goods and services, you have to pay a transaction fee and 2.9-4.4% which seems to be unfair to you?

They send it as a mass payment, which has no fees for me. I believe they pay all the fees.

They are ticket marketplaces. There customers buy tickets from me as I list them on their websites. They collect payment from buyers and send me my cut after their fees.

I do not know, I would assume they do. Point is these networks generate their own 1099k. Again, I asked several people who do more than 1m in sales and 5k transactions on these networks a year and they dont get 1099k's from Paypal, so I assume he was wrong. Was just hoping for a definitive answer.
