A random refund

About a month ago I woke up to a payment gift of 100 dollars, I remebered the day before I had a bet with a player in a game to see who could win a match and I won. I gave hom my paypal info and left to go to sleep. I woke up to see the money from the person and I was estatic. A month later (today) the person refunded me for 100 dollars. I don't know how to react or what to do. I do not have the money to pay this off.

A person cannot refund for money given. 

You need to explain what really happened.

It said it was payment received and I assumed that he sent me the money. It has been a month and before that the person did not decide to refund it. I dont know what to do. When i try to resolve the problem it asks me to put in a tracking number.

You can't have a payment and a refund for the same transaction by a sender.

 

What are the details of each transaction?

When i recieved the money the email said " You've got money from " persons name ", " persons name " Sent you 100 USD. 

Please not that it may take a while for the money to be sent to your account. I checked my account and the 100 dollars showed as sent. Today it says Held- Payment Recieved and asks me to dispute it.

You need to rely on transaction details, emails.

According to your account details, when was the money received?  Was there a fee associated with the transaction?

Why is is now showing payment held.  I guess you are expected to dispute the "hold"; you need to look at the reason for the hold and then responde.

The money was recieved at February 2nd 2017, there was no fee associated with the transaction. The money was spent 2-3 days later and I dont know why it was disputed today.

If the money needs to go back, your account will be negative and restricted until you fix it.  It might be wise to transfer funds onto your acocunt to cover a potential recall.

As for the dispute, if the information isn't in your account or emails, the you need to make an urgent phone call to PayPal customer service for help.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page for help.
