There is an ACH Revocation letter I sent to my personal bank account against a certain merchant from taking money out of my account making it now unauthorized for any transactions to be debited from my account. This company has my paypal account on file. Now I do not see anywhere on paypal that they are listed as a company who can take money from my paypal account. There is no subscription to cancel or to stop them from taking it out as they are not listed as a preauthorized merchant to do so but nonetheless I wouldn't put it past them to add it somehow. Does anyone know if Paypal will accept an ACH Revocation Letter address to paypal letting them know that this merchant is revoked from taking money out? if so, where do I send their form to?
