tell us more about your transfer.
there are 4 levels of transfer within ACH,Paypal ues the slowest and cheapest,3-4 days, dont forget once your bank receives these transfers ,it would take time for them to allocate to individual accounts.
if for some reason, they are experiencing problem with their computer systems and scheduling,it could be delayed.
so it would be 3-5 days.
If you are with a small bank which has corresponding relationship with another bank, there would be more delay.

That is what I planned on doing from the beginning. If that had taken place I would not be here complaining. When I clicked on print link it denied saying they do not ship to foreign countries and it was going to Kentucky (USA) not foreign. I'll will attach the screen shot I took because I knew problems where going to happen. The other item I tried to print and it said PayPal was refusing to release shipping funds. I was NOT trying to get access to the auction funds only shipping like I have done repeatidly before. Holding the auction money until customer recieves product is a good thing I agree with. So after I couldn't get the labels printed I transferred my personal money to the account to cover shipping and now it has been stuck in PayPal limbo since wed night. By Saturday I was so tired of dealing with PayPal that I refunded the money to the buyers (items are still at post office waiting for shipping to be paid). So I refunded auctions and the only money I have left is in between some mystery barrier PayPal says is there. So I have zero money my items are in limbo the customer is probably mad and my living money is in is who knows what limbo. Do you see why I'm upset ? Everytime I call they have a security person speak to me is it a coinsidence ? I don't think so there probably trying to play detective for no reason when they should be worried about all the accounts that the real bad guys are stealing don't you agree? Finally I was told money would be released today and low and behold it still in never never land. To top it off I went and changed payment type for my auctions and it won't let you list and forces you to use PayPal. When I first started on eBay the seller could chose any payment type they wanted with no problems. Now they have a illegal monopoly on eBay where it forces a person to use PayPal or not sell there product. I'm so through with PayPal and eBay and just want my money so I can close my accounts. I made sure my bank would no longer just let them take money and as soon as my transfer goes through I will close my PayPal account. They have rude customer service managers aka security dumb **bleep** that can't find a crime when it's happening all over their site. It will not let attach documents but if you wish to see them my email is <removed> it won't even let my post my email.

Did you sign up for GSP-Global shipping program, joint efforts of Pitney Bowles and Ebay where seller ship to Erlanger Kentucky and GSP will repack and ship overseas.
To get seller protection, all seller needs to do is to show it has shipped to Kentucky.
Ebay would only allow credit card payment or Paypal,no cash,no western union and no money order or check.
both Ebay and PAYPAL are pathetic, they rely on high volume to stuff their face,so they have auto message and robots .
even third world country call centers are too expensive for them.
