Hello good evening,
I am having this same issue, American Airlines said they have no reservation for me on their system. I did everything on their website to book a flight, logged in to my paypal account and confirmed my payment. My paypal account states the order was placed and is pending American Airlines to process the order. American Airlines is stating no reservation and to contact Paypal. I tried calling the Go to https://www.paypal.com/help and click "Call Us" but the automated rep. is not understanding my issue I guess due to my accent. Please assist as I urgently need to book my flight. Thank you.
