Asos order

Hi I made an order about three days ago. My transaction number is O-5MG590513T8976135. I payed via Paypal and I received an email from Paypal that my order was submitted, however nothing is showing in my Activity list on my Paypal Account. I received no email from Asos that the payment was processed, in fact I contacted an Asos representative who told me that no orders are shown to have been made and no order is showing kn my asos account. In my bank account the funds have been taken and are being kept in the total hold balance amount. If you arent able process my payment and make my order successful, can you please remove the funds which have been taken please as soon as possible. Thanks Alessia <removed>
