So in 2013 when i opened my paypal account i used my mothers name as it was her name that was in the card i was about to connect.
I havent used my paypal account up to this week when i sold some goods online and received payment via paypal for them. When i tried to withdraw those payments into my bank account i put an account under my name and not my mothers. Now the money are received from my bank but i cannot withdraw them as there is a different name attached to them.
Anyone knows what i can do?

If I understand what he is saying,is that when he was under 18,he open a Paypal account and linked to his mother bank account.
Now he is over 18 and he just sold something,he transferred the payment from Paypal to his mother bank account.
But since he is not his mother,he has no access to it,so now he wants the bank to return it back to Paypal.
But what is he going to say to the bank?
I am Mrs,so and so and I dont want the money in my bank, could you send it back to where it comes from?
Where is your mother now?

If I am reading right, the money has been transferred into HIS BANK account.
But he cannot withdraw them from his bank account as THESE DEPOSITS HAVE A NAME ATTACHED TO IT??
If the money manages to land in his bank account,it is his to do what he **bleep** pleases.
I am looking at my Bank of AMERICA checking account statement now,my incoming deposits from my Paypal account said DE:INST XFER ID:4AA229TMN9HHC INDN:my ebay seller id. CO $100.OO
Bank of AMERICA could not care less what my Ebay seller ID is,it is the routing number and account number is what it cares about.

I see,there is a card invloved,is that your mother's bank card?
So it is your mother;s PAYPal account you are using to collect payment,it is her card, whatever card it is ,used to link with her Paypal account and now you add your bank account to her PAYPAL account.
And then you download the Paypal $$ to the bank account?so what is the role of her 'CARD' in this manuever?

This is the problem with running a cyberspace business,it said you cant do this because you are underage or you are a villain or you are from MARS,then you sit in front of the pc and said Watch me,who said I cant do this and that?
Some managed to open an account for his dog,get a credit card with ample line of credit and buy a plane ticket, book hotel rooms in Cancun ,Mexico.
Not just cyberspace but on land as well,a Pensyvania farmer have 2 dependents on his income tax return for 16 years name Jack and Jill, until they died of old age, donkeys dont live to 80 years old!

In 2013 when i opened my paypal i used my mothers NAME and CREDIT CARD, with her knowledge as i was under 18 and didnt have one in my name.
Now its 2016 i came back to the same paypal account in my mothers name, connecting my OWN credit card, and my OWN bank account.
I transfered money from this paypal which is in my mothers name, into my own personal bank account under my name.
But now these funds have my mothers name attached to it and the bank doesnt allow me to withdraw.
This is for anyome who didnt understand my original post.
Ill go to the bank in an hour and see what they tell me.

Alright, im back from the bank.
I couldnt withdraw the money, because my mothers name was attached to it. They game me an option to add my mothers name in the account thus making it a joint account, which made the funds available to me. Problem solved.
To anyome checking this thread in the future, MAKE SURE YOUR PAYPAL NAME AND THE NAME UNDER YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IS THE SAME.

That's the case for a long while now, if not for a great part of time PayPal's been around.

Unfortunately there's a lot of threads that say even if the name is different there wont be a problem. I guess it depends on the bank too.
