Can I set a payment to send money on a future date?

I'm sorry if this is not the right board. Paypal Community Help Forum is extremely difficult to navigate. When you're on the boards or the homepage there is no button to ask a question, just to search them. I had to google "how do I ask a question" and then click on a link to this board that was mentioned in the article. I couldn't find a list of all the boards by going to the homepage. Really terrible. Anyway.

I have been searching for this answer for about an hour. The only post that seems relevant is from 2011 and says no. But now it's 2016.

Can i set it so paypal will send my roommate 400$ on the day I get paid? In the future? Can I set money to send in the future?

It's 2017, how is this not a thing by now. I'd get it if PayPal was fresh out of the womb, but they've had plenty of time to make this a reality. Get yo' crap together, PayPal.
