Hello, My wife and I will be moving to Hong Kong for two years and I would like to avoid paying exorbitant bank transfer fees everytime I send money to pay my Wells Fargo credit card. My plan is to use Pay Pal to send funds back to my parents in the US so they can pay the bill for me. I know I will need to create and use a PayPal Hong Kong account with an bank account, my question is whether I can transfer funds from my PP HK account to my PP USA account? Similarly, can I transfer from PP US to PP HK? I will need to convert from HK dollars to US dollars, is there an additional fee for this conversion? If so, what is the rate or fee?
