During New Year's weekend, I have been trying to transfer money from My Paypal acct. to my bank acct., but for two days now, (and with varuious computers and operating systems) the final transfer just leaves me with the little blue spinning wheel, and it never finishes the final transaction ...until Paypal eventually times out, and I have to log ini again.
