I can't seem to link my ScotiaBank Visa card on my PayPal account? Anybody know why?

I clicked 'Canada' when creating my account. Is that a problem?

The message states the card is or has been linked to another PayPal account so you can't link anymore.

If you continue to get the message then contact PayPal support, best by phone.

No one here can resolve your problem for you as we do not have access to your account.

This is my first account on PayPal. It couldn't possibly be linked to another account though.
