A while ago I bought a mastercard prepaid and added it to my account. I bought something worth 105 USD however I never received it and I got a refund since the seller never replied. However I can't use this money even if I pay with the card it got refunded on to. When I try to send F&F it says "Your payment method isn’t working. Do you want to try again with another card or bank?" And when I try to use it like a credit card (So the payment doesn't go through paypal, I've done this before and it works on some sites) It tells me the card has insufficient funds. Please help!
