Cannot View Paypal Summary Page?

Hey guys and gals, I logged into my paypal account this morning. I cannot bring anything up in the summary page, no payments sent, payments received. It shows one canceled transaction from two months ago. Is there something going on with paypal's site or ?

Try using a different browser on you computer.

Why would that matter? My boyfriend was able to log into his computer and view everything fine. It is not that the page is coming up as unavailable it is not showing any of the requested content.

When was the last time it worked OK?  When did this happen?

Are you both using the same router?

Do you both share any of the same acount links?

Check your Activity page to see if recent transactions show up there.  Also clear your browser cache/cookies, restart device and try again.

I've been having this same issue for three days now - I can verify that none of your suggestions are of any help.  There is a problem with PayPal - don't know what or why and they've not be really forthcoming.  PayPal should send an email or post a notice on site notifying customers of this problem and explaining what they are doing to fix this.  They are not taking responsibility or being proactive about this - poor customer service.  There are a significant number of customers having this issue - it's with the recent activity / account summary pages.  This is NOT dependent on a device / browser / cookies / history / etc. or anything else - it's a PayPal issue, period.  Not all customers seem to be affected.  Notwithstanding, they are being obtuse and unresponsive to complaints from those who are affected.  Customers, like myself, do NOT appreciate it when we are ignored and our financial accounts are not accessible in the manner we require.  If my regular bank treated me this way, I would be closing my account and moving it elsewhere.
