Cannot withdraw my Paypal funds to my local bank account

Hello, 

I cannot withdraw funds in my bank account. It says:

Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw funds on our old account view instead.

When I try to withdraw in your classic site, it puts me on an endless loop.

It just reloads and reloads.

Please help.
