Hello, I've commissioned a pair of custom made shoes from a seller, and I attempted to pay for them by transferring money through goods and services. The amount of the shoes is $260 USD, but as she's Mexican she'll recieve it in MXN. I sent the payment but in GBP, as I'm in the UK, at the equivelant of $260 USD. However, she returned the payment and sent me this message:
"Dear I just send you back the Payment Please can you send the payment in USD? Not in British sterling, we don't have that currency

Check your account transaction details for information about the refund. The refund may be different exchange rate than used for the purchase.
You need to do the conversion in your account to $US. You will pay the fee for the exchange.
Did the seller send you an invoice in $US? The seller should be asking for $US. You really should have a detailed invoice on record for the purchase, just in case of a dispute. All details and pictures should be together and part of the invoice.
