Generally with a credit card chargeback the buyer would not return items as the credit card bank would not be able to verify the return.
With a credit card chargeback you would also have a $20 chargeback fee.
Then you rely on seller protection.
Make sure you complied with all aspects including the "OK to ship" on the transaction.

Comments based on the early part of your store before you edited out the early concerns.
Based on the early part of your story, I saw indications of a problem where the order should not be shipped.
First, phones are EXTREMELY high risk.
Sending all as one sale puts all your risk in one package.
You had to rearrange some shipping to accommodate the buyer as the deal was too good to be true for you to pass up.
Then you didn't think to photograph the contents and you didn't take the time to weigh the package.
It looks like you didn't research the buyer's physical address sufficiently.
Why didn't you qualify for seller protection?
