My grandparents said I can get any pair of shoes for my birthday, and so the credit PayPal has a different billing address than my normal one. I have tried to presave all my information into the site, but I am wondering if I use their credit card, will I have to put their billing adress into the site or can I use mine? The site asks for billiing address, but will I be able to make the purchase if the site's address and Paypal's are different?

Billing addresses must match, first of all.
Whose PayPal account is it?
If you are going to use you a credit card that is registered under your grand parent's name, and the site allows you to pay with credit card instead of logging in to PayPal to do it, just pay with credit card without PayPal using the credit card account holder billing address and put your shipping address.
Or pay as PayPal Guest or no log in option and enter your grand parent's billing address, card info and your address as shipping address. Do not add the card to your PayPal account.
If there are any issues like returns, etc, contact the merchant and follow their store policy. If you cannot come to a resolution with the merchant, have your grand parent file a dispute on their card. Credit cards have broader purchase protection than PayPal does.
Edit: typos
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
