ETA of refund to PayPal prepaid card??

I had to return some auto parts to O'Reilly's auto parts this past Friday evening which was 2 days ago now. It's still not showing up on my PayPal prepaid account as pending or as a credit and it's a refund of almost $400 so I could definitely use the money back as soon as possible. Any helpful information for me will be appreciated. Thanks

Have you asked the company if they have received the items and issued you with a refund?

did they give you a receipt?

you have to look into your prepaid account,refund(credit entry)takes longer,it can take up to 30 days.
