I am trying to resolve an issue to why does my PayPal account declines my Eat24.com Order?
I had ordered this way in the past with no problems, and with a great success rate I might add.
Now I just receintly ordered my food as usual and Eat24.com showed me a message saying your PayPal Acount was declined choose another form of payment.
The reason I know it's the PayPal issue because i called eat24.com right away and I was informed that the restaurant had no problem processing the order, it was declined by the money issuer institution, meaning PayPal. at the same time on the PayPal page at the login screen I see that it had also said that PayPal transaction has been declined please choose another form of payment or return to merchant webpage.
My PayPal account is in good standing and Bank is linked and confirmed, so I made pyments through PayPal on other sites, and even sent money, but EAT24.com is an issue now, and had not been before...
Please help.
