Hello PayPal Team, I have received a job offer to join a company called Escrow Global Limited. As per their feedback, as an Escrow Agent my primary responsibilities for this position include the following: The employee becomes an Escrow Agent and agrees to use their personal PayPal account for receiving, processing and sending payments, receiving and processing payments from Buyers, processing the Escrow Agreements, and sending money transfers to Sellers. Bonus Program. The Employee receives 5% of all processed payments in which he/she is involved as an Escrow Agent. During the Employment Term,.
my question is is this a scam or is it real and i can apply and work with this company ?
. Thank you, Regards, Raafat

How did you find the fake "job offer".
What is the mailing address for the company? Is there a company building at the adrress? Why not make a phone call to company for more information?
Whether scam or not, I would stay far away from company. You should never use your personal PayPal account as a pass-through for another company.
If you are employed by the company you get a salary. You are not really employed when you are just passing funds. If this company sells sometning why does it not just have a shopping cart checkout where buyers pay with a credit card?
Whether you define it as a scam, money pass-through scheme, money skimming, or something else, stay away or you will likely looose mony AND your PayPal account.
If you want to be employed, get a real job.

the company has a mailing address,
as they told me the money from the buyer will be sent to my account and i have to send it to the seller either by western union or moneygram and take 5% for me, they are saying some countries not allowing clients to link Paypal with bank accounts and withdraw money.

Did you even do a Google search for the location?
Did you phone the company?
Do you really believe this is not a scam? The word "monegram" cries out "this is a scam".
Using PayPayl to circumvent intenational money restrictions would also be against PayPal policies.
I suspect in future you will find yourself loosing money in a scam. You seem like the ideal target.

first, let me point out to you-
if a legit company wants you to be an agent,it will provide you with a company paypal account so you can perform your job ,what if you skip town with the money,?
second-
is this from Philipines?
search this forum, months ago there is this young man who is on disability and work at Subway ,living with his mother,
He befriended a pfilipinal lady who is on inhaler, she said many philipinal cannot afford a bank account so what they do is send their paypal fund to him and he will go to Western union and send them the money .
They either live in rural area or cannot afford bank account or it takes too long or too expensive to have a bank account,so this is how they receive their Paypal fund.
So he started doing this for them and later charged them a small fee until one day many chargebacks come from Visa, just think how much is the chargeback fee.
I never find out what is the outcome?

Has there been a response to this question? I am receiving the same messages about potential jobs from the same company.
