Etsy showing 2 orders not paid-payment pending but nothing showing up in paypal

Hi.  I have an Etsy account and last night, I received notification that I had a sale but payment was pending.  Thought maybe it was an e-check and thought nothing of it.  Then tonight, I had another sale and got the same message.  On November 5th, I used PayPal Here to accept payments at a craft show I was doing.  Does that have anything to do with me not receiving payments?  Can someone help me figure out why I am not receiving payments?  Please help as I do not want to lose business, especially at the holidays.

There is a guy who is an experienced seller,but he took his card reader to a fair and collected over $2500,Paypal withheld the proceeds saying if only he has this $149 chip reader? they would release the money else he has  to wait.

So  I guess whatever the chip thing is,it is able to validate the card.

I had about $120 in credit card payments that i took that day at the fair.  First time ever using PayPal Here.  I generally only use Paypal for my Etsy account.  So maybe me using the chip reader, messed things up?  I really do not want to lose these customers.

Nothing in my paypal accounts shows the two actions from Etsy.  In paypal, it is like they do not exist.  It is not even showing up as pending

sometimes payment is pending is due to the buyer,depends on where he is and what kind of card he is using.

What are the details of the order on the Etsy site?

What are the details of the order on your PayPal transaction page?

What countires for buyer and seller?

What type of credit card reader?

Have you ever had any issues with your PayPal account?

The issue could be with the type of payment by the buyer.

Just wait for PayPal to show that it's OK to ship.

This is what both are saying:

Payment is pending.

You can find out why the payment is pending by viewing the transaction in your PayPal account.

If the payment method is eCheck, it could take 3 to 5 business days for the payment to clear. An eCheck is a payment made directly from a bank account.

Please wait for the payment to clear before shipping this order.

I only sell/ship in the U.S.

Etsy does not show details on how it was paid, M/C, Visa, Echeck, etc.  just will show if paid

I used a Paypal Here card reader

Specifically, what are the details on the PayPal page, the page where the shipping address is found.  Is there a link to click for invoice?

Do you have PayPal as a payment option with Etsy or do you just use Etsy Direct Checkout?
