Exactly when does a "scheduled" invoice send?

Can't believe I can't find this information anywhere.

I just created an invoice for a client and then chose the option to "Save & Schedule," but PayPal doesn't allow me to choose a time to send the invoice.  I don't want the invoice to arrive at 3am or 4:30am or another unprofessional time.  Right now, this invoice is just showing as "scheduled" for tomorrow but with no time!

Exactly when will this invoice be sent by PayPal?  Thanks!

Just found this on Paypal "features" tab:

"Schedule an invoice:

To set an invoice to send on a future date, choose the date in the "Invoice Date" field. After you click "Save and schedule", the invoice status will be Scheduled. PayPal will send this invoice for you at 7:00AM (your local time) on the invoice date."

Personally, I think 7am is not a great time.  Most people start business between 8-9am & with smartphones being connected to work accounts - it could be somewhat annoying to receive an invoice at 7am.  Paypal may want to consider changing it to 9am.  Let folks get to work and have a cup of coffee before the invoices start flying in!
