FAULTY PAYPAL WEBSITE!!!!! CAN'T COMPLETE RESTORATION

I have to restore my PayPal website by submitting documents and other crap like that.

At the last step I have to "update my security info" i.e. change password and security questions.

 

THE **bleep** WEBSITE IS FAULTY!!!!!

 

I tried different browsers, w/ VPN and without VPN, from an incognito window.

Same result. The popup where I input the new password and security questions after I click submit will just ENDLESSLY LOAD,

 

I've trying to get restored for a week!!! It's been frustrating me to death!!!!

 

How and when will my account be restored if I can't complete the steps they ask me to do because their website is busted???

I am having the exact same issue with the Update Security info.   It takes the info, updates it, as I have to log in with the new password, but never goes away from the pop-up window and the spinning notification.  I have adblockers off and tried in Chrome, IE and Edge.  Tried Chrome on both Windows and Ubuntu.  Left the latter running for 15 minutes with nothing.  Although it actually updates those fields, it does not remove the security block to complete restoration.

Exactly! What's suppose to happen is that once we submit all those onerous documents and steps, the documents will be submitted for verification. But it won't get completed. **bleep** greyed out pop-up just keep loading. This has been going on for DAYS!!! It makes me mad as hell!!!

My account has been limited for about a week now.

 

You'd think with all the money they're raking in with what some would call their predatory money-grubbing tactics, they could detect and fix this issue.

I sent them lots and lots of messages over the past days. No helpful replies!!!!!

 

This company does not care about its customers, apparently it does not care about having a properly functioning website as well.
