Facebook payment problem

I can't run ads from my power Editor. I get the notification that I should add a payment method. I already did but I still get the notification that I should choose a payment method. I contacted PayPal they said the problem is with Facebook. I contacted my bank and they told me Facebook should solve this problem.
Please tell me what is going on.

I tried that form u are supposed to fill in n then got a message that they could not access the problem.

So suggest you ask FACEBOOK.

I tried to contact them but I don't get any reply, I am just taking from one page to another with lots of unuseful information

Did you have you payment method entered when you were told to add a payment method?

Try removing the payment method, save.  Sign out. Clear browser cache and cookies. Quit browser.  Shut down device, restart.  Leave FB/power editor alone til next day, sign back on to FB/Power edit, add payment method back.  Don't know for sure it it works but try it out.

I just created a post on this exact matter. I spoke with FB ads account, they informed me it is a on going problem with Paypal right now, and they are fully aware of this worldwide problem. In fact this has been on going. See you posted this in March. Did they fix this for you?

Mine is also going though the same problem right now. If you did fix it, kindly letting me know what you did?
