Help! I keep getting phone cals from a collection company called ERC about a PayPal account tht they claim my underage daughter set up. She knows nothing about it, but thinks it was created by a former college friend who she was supposed to build a video game company with. He apparently used her information (without asking) and ordered all kinds of products for the business from a company called Journey. I find no information online about a software company called Journey or proof that she has a PayPal acocunt. This young man is now in a psych ward on a suicide watch near his hometown in NYS. We know nothing about him but his name and hometown. ERC is demanding almost $700 that we don't have and Ineed to find out how to get to the bottom of this. What do I have to do to get information?
