[HELP] I Received Payment $23.89 but my balance be -$4.96

can someone tell me why my PayPal balance was going to minus?

Yesterday i received payment from my customer $23.89, my balance before the payment complete was $0.80

After the payment captured, my balance was -$4.96

PayPal notified me about minus balance, then i sent $5 from my personal PayPal account

My question:

What is -$27.50 transaction?

i didnt see anything bill/payment about that?

what that mean?

Could PayPal delete any transactions?
