I Just went to my local ATM machine thats in a Vons (Safeway) grocery store. I use it all the time to pull out money using my debit card.
Just now I entered my pin, entered $280, and it says something like "Unable to complete transaction" or something like that, unfortunately i didnt take a picture because its done that before ,but this time it charged me and didnt dispense.
I called Wells Fargo and they said that I need to talk to Paypal. I was affraid of that. Since its sunday, i cant get a hold of Paypal, or at least not this time of day. So I'm lost.
Anyone ever have this happen to them? What can I do? How is it possible that Paypal will know that the machine didnt dispense??
