Help me please!

 Alright, so first of all I wanted to buy the DLC Morrowind of the game Elderscrolls Online on Steam. It was 49.99£ and so I press to buy it and did with paypal account. Well after, it said that thing in this photo.( this is from other shopping because I didn't take photo of the first because I didn't know that it will not work 😞

So basically I had already reached the maxium ammount of money I can spend with my paypal account and I didn't realise that and my problem is that it showed the same thing for the DLC which I tried to buy 2 times and it didn't work. The problem is that alright it didn't work with paypal but the money still got down on my bank account and I see nothing on the paypal's summary. Can somebody help me please because the transaction didn't work and I lost my money, also x2 times 18.99£ for crown points( in-game money ). So basically I am -190£. I think this is a paypal error, the steam support couldn't help me and they told me to come here.

Edit: I talked with the bank and they told me that this happened:

£49.99X4
£18.99X4

So the thing is the first £49.99x3 are not true because it says "Your purchase has not been completed. The payment processor has reported an authorization failure. Please select a different payment method." and the x2 £18.99 as well. I have only received the x1 49.99£ and x2 18.99$. 

 The first x3 49.99£ and x2 18.99£ were from my old paypal account which I can't donate anymore and the other 49.99£ which I received was from visa method and the other x2 18.99£ were from new paypal account.
