Help with Mass Pay - Denied payments reason codes - What do they mean?

Denied 9302

These are the reason codes I received for various payments.  What do they mean?

Do a google search for those codes.  Somebody somewhere must've written about them.

3015 is Receiver's account is locked or inactive.

3148 is Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country.
8330 is Receiving limit exceeded.
9302 is Transaction was declined.
