I've recently had an order paid for through eBay that has gone into pending on PayPal. I have had multiple payments this way and has never been held before. Part of the funds is to pay for the postage of the item. Is there any way to get these funds early so postage can be paid for the customer? Thanks!
Ebay and Paypal are 2 separate companies and have 2 separate policies for holding funds for 'new sellers' and can be re-applied for various other reasons. If yours was an Ebay transaction then its an Ebay hold and Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds.
