How do I use the money in my Paypal?

I have 105.33 USD in my account, however I cannot use the money to make a purchase. For example, I want to buy a headset which is priced at 394 MYR. My debit card does not have the money needed for the purchase, but my paypal does. How do I use my paypal funds?

You can change the currency to MYR in your paypal balance by clicking on that balance > manage currencies but conversion fees will apply.

OR ask the seller if they will accept a dollar payment for the item in which case they can invoice you in dollars and all you do is go into the same place as above and select USD as your ''primary'' funding source...........you can change it back afterwards.

I tried to convert my balance, however I wasn't able to find Malaysian ringgits. Any other solution?
