How long does a PayPal payment from (Santander) bank take to show in available balance?

Each bank has their own processing schedules - they all vary - PayPal will initiate the transfer after you authorize it - the data is then passed to the ACH system which in turn is then passed to your bank.  Times vary from 1 business day to 5 for posting to your account.  You would need to contact your bank for additonal info.
